About Us
La Crosse Area Development Corporation (LADCO) is a private, non-profit economic development organization dedicated to promoting economic growth and job creation in the La Crosse area. LADCO offers a variety of resources and services to local businesses, including collaboration with regional partners, workforce development, business retention and expansion, research, and access to capital. LADCO also works to promote regional initiatives, such as broadband expansion, innovation and entrepreneurship, and tourism development.
Board of Directors
The La Crosse Area Development Corporation's board of directors is composed of representatives from businesses, institutions and government bodies. The LADCO board of directors is responsible for setting and implementing the agency's policies and programs, as well as providing oversight of the organization's operations. The board regularly meets to discuss new projects and initiatives and to renew the progress of existing programs, ensuring that LADCO remains focuses on its mission and goals.
